HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?
To be eligible for a return, product(s) must have been purchased directly through our online store. Most orders can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Everything you return must be in good condition; do not remove tags or original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return, along with photographic evidence where applicable.
- We will provide return instructions and a designated drop-off or collection point.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and the condition of the goods has been verified, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS
Custom & Personalized Orders: Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Hot Deal Items: Items purchased under Hot Deal promotions are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Group Buy Orders: Group buy orders are generally non-refundable once the MOQ threshold has been reached and production has commenced, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Final Sale Items: Certain items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Wholesale & Resellers: We reserve the right to apply different return conditions for resellers and bulk wholesale orders. See our Terms of Service for details.
Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and resolve the claim in coordination with our freight partners where applicable.
